Hello everyone and welcome to my virtual bakery!

My name is Diana and I have a passion for baking and creativity. I started baking as a hobby after graduating from college many years ago and not being able to find a job for a few years. So I started experimenting with recipes online to fill up my time, only to discover that it was more of a passion than a hobby. I eventually went back to school and became  an early childhood educator, which is another love of mine. Working with children inspires me daily to never lose that child-like curiosity and positive outlook on life. At this time in my life, I have decided to go back to school to become a certified teacher, while still baking part-time for friends and family. I have come a long way from only using recipes online to creating my own recipes and adjusting many recipes to be dairy, gluten and sugar free. This is mostly due to my own food sensitivities, but also to allow other people to enjoy delicious desserts without compromising their health.

To me, baking is an art form that requires patience, diligence and creativity to be able to come to life and hopefully what you will find here is a reflection of that.
